Some of our MEMS devices (micro XY stage, fiber optic VOA mirror, fiber endscope mirror) are being presented at the Entrance Lobby of the University of Tokyo administrative building, starting January 4th, 2007 for two months. The XY stage has been shown driven in motion electrostatically under the fiber optic microscope; we took this opportunity for a long term reliability test.
