An invited talk on MEMS vibrational energy harvester is presented at 2021 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Conference. Another invited talk is presented at the annual meeting of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers. Thank you very much for inviting us to the meetings. We also thank the audience.
