• A New Project Started in Kanagawa Academy of Science & Technology (KAST)

  	We have started a new Optical MEMS project in Kanagawa Academy of Science & Technology (KAST) for three years starting April, 2005 to March, 2008. New device principles based upon the interaction between light and machines are investigated.
