Ｍ２の市川君がＴＨｚイメージング用のＭＥＭＳ可変フィルタに関して、米国サンタフェで開催された国際会議ＯＭＮ１７で発表しました。現地ではＵＬＣＡの皆さんとも交流しています。

Ichikawa-kun reports on his MEMS THz filter for imaging at the international conference OMN 2017 held in Santa Fe, US. He joins with the reunion of UCLA IPL (Integrated Photonics Lab).
