-諫本圭史氏（ｓａｎｔｅｃ株式会社）、博士（工学）、論文博士（電気系工学専攻）、「機能集約型ＳＯＩ−ＭＥＭＳ設計手法とその可変光学素子応用に関する研究」（英訳：A Study on Functional Integration Design Methodology of SOI-MEMS and its Applications to Tunable Optical Devices）
