２０１５年９月に博士修了した羅勇君（現在ＵＣＳＤポスドク）の論文が、ＩＥＥＥ　ＥＤＬ（Electron Device Letters）に掲載されました。ＭＥＭＳ可変容量スイッチアレイとＬＷ（Leaky Waveguide）を組み合わせた、８ＧＨｚ帯の可変指向性アンテナを実証した論文です。

RF-MEMS related work done by Dr. Yong Luo (PhD degree in Sept. 2015, currently with UCSD) is published in IEEE Electron Device Letters. An array of RF-MEMS tunable capacitors is combined with a leaky-waveguide to develop a tunable antenna at 8 GHz range.
