昨年（２０１５年）１０月に新潟・朱鷺メッセ新潟コンベンションセンターで開催された集積化ＭＥＭＳシンポジウム（応用物理学会・[[集積化ＭＥＭＳ技術研究会>http://annex.jsap.or.jp/MEMS/]]主催）でＮＨＫ放送技術研究所の後藤正英氏が発表した論文が優秀論文賞を受賞し、２０１６年３月１９日の応用物理学会会期中の同研究会懇親会で表彰状を授与されました。

Dr. M. Goto with NHK wins a paper award for his paper presented at the [[Integrated MEMS Symposium>http://annex.jsap.or.jp/MEMS/]] that took place in Niigata Convention Center in October last year, and a paper is presented at the reception party of the JSAP meetings on March 19, 2016.
