６月３日にフランス大使館で開催された国際光年関連のセミナー（[[日仏セミナー「新しい光学材料」>http://www.ambafrance-jp.org/article8882]]）で、Optical MEMSとMetamaterialに関して講演しました。当日の資料（抜粋）を下記に添付します。
