研究室ＯＢ（ＮＨＫ放送技研、後藤さん）の研究成果が、第６回集積化ＭＥＭＳシンポジウム優秀論文賞と、応用物理学会シリコンテクノロジー分科会論文賞を受賞しました。

One of the ex-lab member Dr. M. Goto (NHK Science and Technology Research Laboratories) was presented two prizes at the same time from the Japan Society of Applied Physics for his work on 3D-integration of circuit and imaging device.
