-Prof. David Deply, UCL (University College London) the Chief Executive of the EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council) of the UK visited us in the Lab on May 21st, Wednesday 2008 (2008-05-21).

Neil Sarkar with University of Waterloo, Canada, visited our lab on 27 August 2004 on his way back from the impressive invited talk on self-assembled 2D micro scanners at the IEEE/LEOS Optical MEMS Conference in Takamatsu.

-Hakan Urey, Dr. Prof.
Prof. Urey with Koc University, Turkey, visited our lab on 27 August 2004 on his way back  from Optical MEMS Conference in Takamatsu.

-Ignaz Kohlbecker, Dr.
Ignaz, an ex-Fujita Lab Ph.D. student, who are currently working for [[Triamec AG:http://www.triamec.com/firma/firma.html]] in Switzerland, stopped by the lab on Tuesday August 31, 2004, on his way to Nagano for summer vacation.

Alexandre Boe, a Ph.D. course student from Institut d'Electronique de Microelectronique et de Nanotechnologie (IEMN), UMR CNRS 8520, France, visited our lab during January 2004 to Marchi 2004 for conducting his research on RF-MEMS and Packaging in collaboration with our group at IIS.
