研究室ＯＢで、現在は東京工業大学助教の山根大輔先生が、平成２６年３月に電気学会全国大会で発表した論文により、優秀論文発表賞を受賞しました。

• 山根大輔、小西敏文、松島隆明、年吉 洋、町田克之、益　一哉、「ＭＥＭＳ加速度センサによるＳｕｂ−１Ｇ検出の基礎検討」、平成２６年　電気学会全国大会、愛媛大学城北キャンパス、２０１４年３月１８日〜２０日．

Dr. Daisuke Yamane currently with Tokyo Institute of Technology won a paper award from IEEJ for his work presented at the IEEJ Annual Meeting in March 2015.

ＮＴＴ−ＡＴの小西敏文さんが東京大学大学院工学系研究科より論文博士（工学）を授与されました。

• 小西敏文、「集積回路設計環境を用いたＣＭＯＳ−ＭＥＭＳデバイスのための統合設計技術とその加速度計応用に関する研究」（２０１４年１２月１９日提出）

A Ph.D. degree was presented to Dr. Toshifumi Konishi with NTT-AT from the University of Tokyo for his work on integrated MEMS.
