日台集積化ＭＥＭＳワークショップに参加しました。
Members attend Taiwan-Japan Integrated MEMS Workshop.

As a Taiwan-Japan collaboration framework of the Study Group on Integrated MEMS with the Japan Society of Applied Physics, we sent a delegation to the National Tsing Hua University (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and had a mini-workshop of young researchers. We took this opportunity to have a sign-in ceremony for the international collaboration memorandum between the IIS, The University of Tokyo and the College of Engineering with the National Tsing Hua University. We also joined with the International Conference on Smart Sensors 2018 in Taipei to organize a MEMS workshop.

応用物理学会・集積化ＭＥＭＳ技術研究会の台湾交流の一環として、国立清華大学（台湾・新竹市）を訪問して若手研究者によるワークショップを開催しました。台北で開催されたInternational Conference on Smart Sensorsに日台共催のポスターセッションを開催し、ついでにプレナリ講演もしてきました。さらに、東京大学生産技術研究所と国立清華大学工学院との部局間国際交流協定書（更新）の調印セレモニーも開催しました。
